Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license and certification required
  • Experience or strong interest in working within elementary school settings
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload of approximately 80 students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions and therapy strategies to meet a variety of student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to elementary students across several school sites
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student engagement and participation
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Supervise and work collaboratively with a dedicated full-time COTA to efficiently provide quality services
