Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license and certification required
- Experience or strong interest in working within elementary school settings
- Proven ability to manage a caseload of approximately 80 students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt interventions and therapy strategies to meet a variety of student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to elementary students across several school sites
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student engagement and participation
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Supervise and work collaboratively with a dedicated full-time COTA to efficiently provide quality services
