Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in MA (or eligibility to obtain)
- School-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Experience working with K–12 students is ideal
Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services to a caseload of approximately 26 students (grades K–12), all scheduled for 1x30 sessions—grouping possible for efficiency
- Attend sessions twice weekly, Monday–Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (flexible scheduling available)
- Utilize planned/prepared ESY materials provided by school-based OTs
- Conduct thorough student documentation and progress updates
- Coordinate with school staff and families to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in 30 minutes of prep time per day—15 minutes before and after scheduled sessions
