What you’ll bring:

  • Active California Occupational Therapy license (required)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to evidence-based therapy and creative problem-solving
  • Enthusiasm for supporting children’s development and advocating for student needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate fine motor, sensory integration, and adaptive skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Work closely with educators and families to make recommendations and ensure continuity of care
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Adapt approaches to meet the unique needs and goals of each child
