Your background in school-based OT or COTA, home health, healthcare environments, and teletherapy will be valued as you collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster student progress.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an OT or COTA (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with home health and teletherapy models a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and IEP goals
- Graduate degree or COTA certification from an accredited program
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate student needs and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize learning environments
- Document interventions, progress, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and related team activities
- Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth as required
