Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents in a school-based setting
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and track student progress
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, both with students and multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic educational environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services within individual or group settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement strategies that enhance student participation and performance
• Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
