Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents in a school-based setting
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and track student progress
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, both with students and multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic educational environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services within individual or group settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement strategies that enhance student participation and performance
- Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
