A position is available for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide specialized services within a school setting. This role requires a professional dedicated to supporting students' developmental and educational needs through targeted therapeutic interventions. The position involves travel within the assigned school district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding occupational therapy strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license.
- Experience working with school-aged children.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy interventions.
- Ability to travel within the district as assigned.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
