Soliant Health is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, onsite opportunity in the Florence, Arizona area. This position will primarily serve preschool-aged students at the district's Copper Basin campus, helping students develop the functional, sensory, and motor skills necessary for success in the classroom and everyday activities.

Position Details

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• Assignment Dates: July 15, 2026 – May 28, 2027
• Onsite services only
• Primary caseload consists of preschool students
• Caseload may vary based on therapist experience and district needs
• Structured school calendar with scheduled breaks throughout the year:
  • Two-week break following each academic quarter
  • Three-week winter break

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual motor, self-help, and functional classroom skills
• Recommend and implement adaptive equipment and environmental modifications when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines

Qualifications Required:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team

Preferred:

• Previous school-based occupational therapy experience
• Preschool or early childhood experience
• Experience with IEP development and implementation
• Knowledge of sensory integration strategies and adaptive equipment
• Pediatric occupational therapy experience
