Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid OT license in the state of Texas
• Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to design student-centered therapy plans and work proactively with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities to determine needs and appropriate therapy interventions
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to promote student participation and achievement in school activities
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
• Provide direct and consultative services to ensure compliance with IEPs and district guidelines
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of interventions and progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school community
