What’s Needed for Success:

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
• Proven experience or clinical placements in a school-based OT setting
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

• Ability to travel between school sites in the Florissant and St. Louis areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Assess students’ functional performance and develop intervention plans that support educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop accessible learning strategies and classroom modifications
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and ongoing communication
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills vital for school success
