Experience a rewarding contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist, supporting young children and their families through a vital Birth to Three Home Visiting Program. This full-time position offers an engaging schedule, averaging 40 hours per week from 8 AM to 4 PM, and kicks off on November 13, 2026, for an anticipated 12-week period. You’ll be working closely with children, families, and staff in the Early On program, making an immediate difference in early childhood development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license
  • Experience in school-based OT, home health, or teletherapy
  • Knowledge of pediatric assessments, interventions, and documentation
  • Comfortable providing services in home settings and collaborating with families
  • Familiarity with Early Intervention, especially with Birth to Three programs
  • Adaptable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans for children from birth to age three
  • Deliver home-based occupational therapy services, focusing on early development milestones
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to maximize outcomes
  • Maintain effective documentation and progress notes in accordance with program requirements
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute innovative strategies for child and family support
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms as required, ensuring access and continuity of services
