Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Michigan
• Experience in pediatric settings such as home health, schools, or early intervention is highly valued
• Adaptable, compassionate, and skilled communicator—able to deliver therapy in-home or via telehealth
• Proven ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers to create and implement therapy plans

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT assessments and individualized interventions to children ages birth to three in their homes
• Collaborate closely with families to foster functional skills through evidence-based practices
• Maintain timely documentation, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
• Integrate best practices from school-based, healthcare, and teletherapy experiences
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide education to caregivers
