Occupational Therapist Pediatrics | Contract Fond Du Lac, WI

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a contract position at a hospital-based outpatient clinic in Fond Du Lac, WI. First-time travelers are welcome to apply!

Position Details:

• Primarily outpatient pediatric setting
• Day shift: 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Start Date: 06/01/2026 — End Date: 08/31/2026
• No weekends or on-call required
• Caseload includes: sensory, fine motor, autism, self-cares, developmental delays, cerebral palsy
• Works as part of a dedicated pediatric team
• Contract

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience required
• BLS certification required
• Wisconsin state license required (can be pending)
• Epic experience required
• Outpatient pediatric experience required
