School Occupational Therapist - Fontana, California

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Experience working in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings
• Knowledge of IEP processes, evaluations, and therapeutic documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and students
• Reliable transportation for itinerant assignments between schools in the region
• Ability to work independently and manage a schedule across multiple sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate actively with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
• Travel to assigned school locations within the Riverside area to provide services
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports to meet compliance standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued interdisciplinary team member
