Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Experience working in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings
- Knowledge of IEP processes, evaluations, and therapeutic documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and students
- Reliable transportation for itinerant assignments between schools in the region
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule across multiple sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate actively with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
- Travel to assigned school locations within the Riverside area to provide services
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports to meet compliance standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued interdisciplinary team member
