Fine Motor Skills School Occupational Therapist - Fontana, California

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Experience in school-based OT, home health, and/or healthcare settings
• Skill in delivering teletherapy services to students as needed
• Strong foundation in fine motor skills interventions tailored for elementary-aged children
• Understanding of IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Adaptable, proactive, and compassionate approach to supporting pediatric populations

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Deliver therapy in-person, in home settings, and via teletherapy platforms as needed
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student growth and address needs
