Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active OT licensure in California
• Previous experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and goal development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to varied abilities and settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services within the classroom and other school environments

• Provide input for IEP meetings and partner in goal development
• Adapt classroom materials and recommend strategies to aid student participation
