School Occupational Therapist - Fontana, California

This full-time position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment dedicated to student success and well-being. What you'll need to thrive here:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L)
• Previous experience working with children in educational or pediatric settings (preferred)
• Familiarity with IEPs, goal-setting, and related documentation
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to adapt OT interventions for diverse student needs
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and paperwork efficiently

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students to determine occupational therapy needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver creative, purposeful interventions across a variety of school-based settings
• Work closely with educators and families to promote student participation and independence
• Document sessions and progress in compliance with school and legal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and professional development activities
