A full-time Occupational Therapist is needed for a contract position at a school located in Fontana, CA, servicing students from elementary through high school levels. This role requires a valid Occupational Therapy license and certification, with experience working within school settings.

Assignment Details:

  • Duration: August 3, 2026 – June 4, 2027
  • Scheduled caseload: 50-55 students, mixed age groups (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Location: Fontana, California

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students' educational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license.
  • Certification to practice Occupational Therapy in school settings.
  • Experience working with children across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 50-55 students effectively.
