Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Certification to practice as an OT
• Experience working in school settings (elementary, middle, and/or high school preferred)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• Capacity to manage a caseload of 50-55 students with a variety of needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ motor, sensory, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to support students’ educational participation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate strategies into daily activities
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and other team discussions
