High School Elementary Occupational Therapist School Setting in Fontana, CA

Bring your expertise in Occupational Therapy to an engaging educational environment, working with elementary, middle, and high school students. This full-time contract opportunity spans the academic year from August 3, 2026, through June 4, 2027, and offers the chance to positively impact a diverse student body. You’ll enjoy a dynamic role supporting a caseload of approximately 50-55 students, allowing you to make individualized connections and foster student growth across multiple age groups.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current OT certification and active licensure required
• Experience working with school-aged children (elementary, middle, and/or high school preferred)
• Adaptive communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to fostering inclusivity, student independence, and engagement
• Ability to create and implement effective intervention strategies for a mixed caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ needs across various grade levels
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and district standards
• Collaborate with educational teams, teachers, and parents to promote students’ access to the curriculum
• Document progress, maintain up-to-date records, and participate in meetings as required
• Offer training, strategies, and support for school staff to facilitate student participation in daily routines
