Licensed Certified School Occupational Therapist | Fontana, California

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing occupational therapy services within a dynamic school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time position offers you the chance to empower students and support their growth from August 3, 2026, through June 4, 2027. You'll have the meaningful responsibility of managing a mixed caseload of approximately 50-55 students, tailoring your expertise to diverse needs and age groups.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy state certification and licensure
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
• Ability to evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
• Skilled in collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to multicultural sensitivity and providing equitable support

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and implement therapy to facilitate student participation in educational activities
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines
• Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and professional standards
• Provide direct and consultative OT services to a diverse student caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to support student outcomes
