Certified Licensed School Occupational Therapist | Fontana, California

Working full-time, you’ll engage with a lively caseload of 50-55 students from diverse backgrounds, helping them achieve greater independence and success in their school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy license and certification required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting beneficial
• Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
• Effective communicator with students, families, and staff
• Ability to work creatively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services according to IEPs for a mixed caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy into the classroom
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students’ needs
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to suit a variety of student abilities and backgrounds
