Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist, eligible to practice in Georgia
  • Experience in school-based OT preferred
  • Previous supervision of COTAs is a plus
  • Comfortable with teletherapy services and in-person care
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students, both virtually and on-site
  • Complete screeners and thorough evaluations as part of individualized education planning
  • Oversee and mentor two COTAs, ensuring therapy plans are followed appropriately
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with school and professional standards
