What we’re seeking:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working in school settings, ideally with elementary-age children
• Strong understanding of IEPs, student evaluation, and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication skills for collaborative teamwork with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse needs of students

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individualized and group occupational therapy sessions for elementary school students
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance student participation and independence in school activities
• Completing assessments, progress reports, and supportive documentation in accordance with school standards
• Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to support goals outlined in each student’s IEP
• Providing training and resources for staff to incorporate therapeutic techniques within classroom environments
