Occupational Therapist School Setting in Fort Jones, CA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with credentials to practice in California.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially working with K-12 students.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with teachers, staff, and families.
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement effective therapy interventions.
• Organized, reliable, and motivated to provide quality support to students of varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy to K-12 students onsite.
• Perform evaluations and create tailored treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive educational plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to monitor progress and adapt services.
• Maintain documentation and comply with all state and federal special education regulations.

This full-time contract position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 11, 2027, offering you long-term stability in an engaging and vital role within the school community.
