What We’re Looking For:

• Current Occupational Therapist license valid in the state of Florida
• Experience providing OT services in school settings, supporting a range of students (Kindergarten, 2nd-4th Grade, and High School)
• Comfort working on-site with students and collaborating in person with multidisciplinary teams; some remote work considered as part of a hybrid schedule
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse age groups and student needs
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, encouraging learning environment

Primary Duties:

• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor student progress and maintain consistent documentation
• Adjust interventions as needed to optimize student growth and participation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
