Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current, active OT license in Florida
  • Experience working with school-aged children across multiple grade levels (Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, 4th grades, and High School preferred)
  • Strong collaboration skills to liaise with educators, families, and support staff
  • Excellent time management and adaptability, comfortable with varied schedules and grade assignments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OT services to students on a maternity leave coverage basis
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support students’ functional independence and participation in the classroom
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines
  • Communicate consistently with families and staff, fostering student growth and maximizing learning potential
  • Contribute expertise and creativity to promote positive outcomes for students at multiple grade levels
