Step into an engaging role supporting K-12 students as a school-based Occupational Therapist. Two full-time positions are open for contract professionals eager to make a difference in the lives of children and teens. This opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week, with immediate openings for the current school year as well as for the 26/27 school year.

In this role, you'll work closely with students, faculty, and families to foster growth and empower students across all grade levels. With the chance to help young learners refine both fine and gross motor skills, you'll play an essential role in unlocking each student's potential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working with K-12 caseloads and individualizing interventions for a broad age range
  • Expertise in supporting fine and gross motor development
  • Strong collaborative skills for partnering with educators, parents, and other therapists

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ motor and sensory needs within the school environment
  • Develop and implement customized therapy plans to enhance learning and participation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP and 504 goals
  • Document progress, maintain up-to-date records, and communicate effectively with school staff and families
  • Provide guidance and resources on assistive devices and classroom adaptations
