A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity is available at a K-12 school in Fort Pierce, FL, offering 37.5 hours per week throughout the current school year on a contract basis. This role primarily supports elementary students while also addressing the needs of middle and high school students.

Key responsibilities include assessing and implementing interventions targeting fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and functional abilities to support students’ educational success. The role requires collaboration with educators and healthcare professionals to develop individualized plans that promote student participation and skill development.

Desired skills and experience:

• Licensed or certified Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings
• Strong knowledge of fine and gross motor skill development and interventions
• Ability to work effectively with students across K-12 grade levels
• Skilled in evaluating and providing therapeutic support tailored to diverse student needs
• Experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in healthcare or school environments is an asset
