• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)

• Ability to assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ abilities to participate in daily school routines
• Develop and execute individualized intervention plans to enhance students’ fine motor, self-care, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into daily instruction
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to align with federal, state, and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional input for student goals and progress
