What you'll bring:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Texas
  • Experience delivering OT services in educational settings preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and ARD meetings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to student needs in a dynamic school environment

Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering individualized OT therapy sessions to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Providing consultation to support an additional group of students and staff
  • Completing all required IEP documents and paperwork promptly and thoroughly
  • Attending ARDs and participating as an active team member
  • Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
