Key Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in California
- Experience providing therapy in school-based or pediatric settings
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Previous contract or travel experience a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students to support their educational and developmental needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish student goals and monitor progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on accommodations and modifications
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure continuity of care
