Key Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Experience providing therapy in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Previous contract or travel experience a plus, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students to support their educational and developmental needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and maintain detailed documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish student goals and monitor progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on accommodations and modifications
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure continuity of care
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards in all interactions
