Based in a beautiful region, you’ll enjoy a fulfilling 40-hour workweek split between early intervention home visits (2 days weekly) and pediatric clinic sessions (3 days weekly). Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in California, with active CA licensure required
• Previous pediatric experience is essential; COTA candidates must demonstrate robust pediatric skills
• Experience delivering therapy services in both individual home and clinic settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication, adaptability, and collaborative approach with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT services to pediatric clients ages birth to school-age in home and clinic environments
• Conduct thoughtful assessments and develop individualized treatment plans targeting functional skills and independence
• Coordinate with caregivers, teachers, and clinicians to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Document goals, therapy sessions, and outcomes thoroughly and punctually
• Maintain a high standard of professional conduct, confidentiality, and advocacy for children’s needs
