Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Experience providing therapy and assessments in a school setting, particularly with K-12 populations
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educational teams
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively across multiple school buildings
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on enhancing participation and meaningful engagement in the school environment
  • Assess student abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and support IEP goal attainment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure well-rounded support
  • Provide direct therapy, consultation, and ongoing documentation for each student
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of OT services within the schools
