Qualifications and Experience:
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience providing therapy and assessments in a school setting, particularly with K-12 populations
- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educational teams
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively across multiple school buildings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on enhancing participation and meaningful engagement in the school environment
- Assess student abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and support IEP goal attainment
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure well-rounded support
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and ongoing documentation for each student
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of OT services within the schools
