Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license
• Experience delivering OT in school settings (K-12)
• Proficient in fine and gross motor skill development
• Comfortable working with COTAs in team settings
• Capable of adapting services for in-person, home health, and teletherapy delivery
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive OT services to students across various age groups and abilities
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Support and collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and support personnel
• Supervise and contribute to the ongoing professional growth of COTAs
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Employ creativity and resourcefulness in therapy approaches across diverse learning environments
