Key Qualifications:

• Active ASHA certification and Colorado SLP license required
• Demonstrated experience as an Occupational Therapist in schools, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy
• Proficient in supporting both fine and gross motor skill development
• COTA collaboration experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Strong organization and adaptability in dynamic school environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and design individualized therapy plans
• Directly deliver OT services using evidence-based techniques
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Offer consultative support for staff and caregivers to optimize student success across settings
