School Occupational Therapist - Framingham, Massachusetts

The position is based in the Framingham, MA area, with services to be delivered onsite in Lexington, MA.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
• Experience with school-based OT, home health, and compensatory services is highly desirable
• Previous work with diverse student populations, including those transitioning between districts, is beneficial
• Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and navigate unique service delivery challenges
• Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a total of 8 hours of direct compensatory OT services onsite to the assigned student
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy sessions based on identified compensatory needs
• Foster a supportive, therapeutic environment that addresses functional and educational goals
• Collaborate with education staff, families, and administrative contacts as needed to ensure effective service completion
• Accurately document all services provided and maintain compliance with relevant guidelines
