Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Massachusetts OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain before assignment start)
• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for new environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations, develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document and report on student progress and therapy outcomes
• Provide direct and consultative services within classrooms and dedicated therapy settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning
