Qualifications:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric OT role preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic plans to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Conduct progress monitoring and update documentation as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to multidisciplinary teams
