Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state
- Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of K-12 developmental milestones and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to efficiently manage a diverse caseload
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students based on their specific needs and goals
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive environments and strategies for student success
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of sessions, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
