Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)

• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and create targeted intervention plans
• Deliver direct therapy to students in group and individual settings
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote student achievement and access to curriculum
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student planning
• Develop resources and recommendations for classroom modifications
• Offer guidance to paraprofessionals and instructional aides supporting OT goals
