Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
• Previous experience working as a school-based OT, or a strong desire to support students in educational settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and implement individualized interventions to foster student engagement and independence
• Dedication to maintaining thorough and timely documentation aligned with school policies

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Evaluate and assess students’ needs to develop appropriate treatment plans and interventions
• Deliver occupational therapy services as outlined in students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with educators and families to achieve optimal student outcomes
• Conduct progress monitoring and provide updates to IEP teams
• Promote fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills through creative and evidence-based strategies
