School Occupational Therapist - Fremont, California

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for school-based practice
• Experience or strong interest in supporting K-12th grade students

• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet a range of developmental and educational needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for students referred for OT support
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services in group and individual settings, adjusting as needed for optimal student success
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to integrate OT goals into classroom activities
• Maintain detailed records of student progress in accordance with school and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input for student needs and goals
