  • A current, valid Occupational Therapy license
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting or a strong desire to transition into one
  • Expertise in developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)

  • Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload while maintaining accurate and compliant documentation

  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to support student achievement and participation in school activities
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs and establish measurable goals
  • Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized planning
  • Deliver interventions tailored to enhance fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living skills
  • Track student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
