Ideal candidates will possess:
- A current, valid Occupational Therapy license
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or a strong desire to transition into one
- Expertise in developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Proficient communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload while maintaining accurate and compliant documentation

In this role, you will:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to support student achievement and participation in school activities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs and establish measurable goals
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized planning
- Deliver interventions tailored to enhance fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living skills
