A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available for a contracting opportunity in Fremont, CA, supporting a K-12 student caseload in a school setting. This role provides an excellent chance to contribute to student development by delivering occupational therapy services tailored to meet the diverse needs of children and adolescents.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on enhancing students’ functional abilities in academic and daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide consultation regarding adaptive equipment and classroom modifications.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.
  • Experience providing occupational therapy services in school settings.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of K-12 students with a variety of developmental and educational needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to supporting student growth and inclusion within the school environment.
