Bring your expertise in school-based occupational therapy to guide students toward greater independence and confidence. Partner with dedicated teachers, families, and support staff to foster progress, address diverse needs, and help students thrive throughout their school experience.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapy license and appropriate certification
- Previous experience delivering OT services in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Monitor progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed
- Communicate with families and school staff regarding student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
- Maintain compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements
