- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license in the relevant state
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working alongside interdisciplinary teams
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering targeted occupational therapy services to students in individual or group settings
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assessing students’ functional abilities and designing intervention plans to address fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill needs
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, adapting strategies as needed
- Participating in IEP meetings, consultations, and professional learning opportunities
