Make a meaningful impact on students’ lives by providing Occupational Therapy services in a dynamic school-based setting near Fremont, CA. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to support a diverse caseload across three welcoming campuses, shaping students' growth and well-being through expert guidance and compassionate care.

You’ll work 8 hours per day, delivering direct services to approximately 22 students and consultative support for an additional 13, collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students achieve their fullest potential.

What we’re seeking:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapy license
  • Previous experience providing OT services in K-12 educational settings is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adjust therapy modalities as needed
  • Skilled at maintaining thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs across multiple school sites

Role highlights:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services according to students’ IEPs
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators and family members to promote student success in both academic and functional areas
  • Provide recommendations and training to staff and parents, ensuring a holistic approach to student support
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing expert input and advocating for student needs across the 3 assigned schools
