An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide full-time services in a school setting. This contract position involves working 8 hours per day, serving multiple schools to support students' developmental and therapeutic needs.
Position Details:
- Location: Fremont, CA
- Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day
- Caseload: Approximately 35 students (22 direct service and 13 consult) across 3 schools

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs, promoting skill development and independence
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals within the educational environment
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to meet compliance and reporting standards
- Participate in meetings, consultations, and planning sessions to enhance student support
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and a caseload across several school sites
