What we’re looking for:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of California
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Flexibility, compassion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct occupational therapy services to students according to their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conducting evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations to determine students' needs
• Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate OT strategies into classroom and home settings
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of student goals
• Documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations

Compensation is competitive, offering $55 to $70 per hour, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
