Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license (or eligibility) in California
• Previous pediatric, school, or educational setting experience preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse learning and physical needs
• Collaborative mindset for effective partnership with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement IEP-based treatment plans focused on student success
• Deliver targeted interventions for fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional academic skills
• Document progress in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Educate and consult with educators and parents to support carryover of therapy strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all services provided
