Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in school-based OT strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and ability to work collaboratively with IEP teams
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach to working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ abilities and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to educational goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students, supporting their functional participation in academic and social activities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure integrated therapy within the school community
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
• Offer consultative support and resources to classroom staff for adaptive strategies and modifications
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
