Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California (or ability to obtain)
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to supporting students’ growth and participation in school activities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students to develop customized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based OT interventions in line with each student’s IEP
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
