Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families
• Comfortable conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services
• Ability to efficiently manage caseloads and document progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals for students
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to address student needs and recommend adaptive strategies
• Offer consultations to educators and parents regarding interventions and classroom modifications
• Document all assessments, interventions, and progress reports according to district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning for student growth
