Make a meaningful difference supporting students by providing occupational therapy services in a dynamic K-12 school environment near Fruita, CO. This full-time contract position offers a predictable schedule of 32.5 hours per week, running Monday through Friday during regular school hours. The assignment is set to begin August 6, 2026, and will continue through May 21, 2027, allowing you to build strong, impactful connections with students throughout the entire school year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Colorado OT license or eligibility
  • Experience working with K-12 students in an educational or pediatric setting
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Ability to provide both direct and indirect student services
  • Understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for students across all grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ occupational therapy needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records as required
  • Provide both direct therapy and consultation services within the school setting
  • Uphold contractual hours without additional school duties beyond scheduled responsibilities
