Key Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License required
• IVP Fingerprint Card is a must
• Demonstrated experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to achieve student goals
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to support diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy sessions to students from PreK to 8th grade
• Complete assessments, develop plans of care, and monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student education plans
• Educate staff and families on strategies to promote student success within classroom and community environments
• Stay current with best practices and comply with all professional standards
