Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure required
• Demonstrated expertise with pediatric populations—high school experience strongly preferred
• Skilled in school-based, home health, and/or teletherapy practices
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to high school students’ needs, both on-site and through teletherapy as necessary
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to support educational access and promote independence
• Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in line with school and healthcare standards
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure optimal therapy outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute specialized OT input to school teams
