Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Current license or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina
- Previous pediatric/school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new settings and establish rapport with staff and students
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
Responsibilities / Key Duties:
- Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students K-12, helping them achieve academic and developmental milestones
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in line with school policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic support plans for students
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and caregivers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team discussions
