Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current OT licensure (or eligibility) in Colorado
  • Previous experience or a strong interest in working with pediatric populations in school settings
  • Familiarity with assessments, intervention strategies, and both direct/indirect service delivery
  • Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Ability to attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear and concise recommendations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students from preschool through high school
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each student’s unique needs
  • Provide engaging direct therapy and consultative services to support student success in educational settings
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and parents as part of the IEP team
  • Document services and maintain accurate student records in a timely manner
  • Participate in meetings and contribute expert insights to goal setting and progress monitoring
