Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Valid Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) credential
  • Washington OT license in good standing
  • Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI
  • Direct school-based experience preferred, or a strong interest in pediatric/educational settings
  • Commitment to in-person service during all contracted days
  • Organized, flexible, and collaborative approach to meeting diverse student needs
  • Ability to adjust to various grade bands depending on assignment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student assessments and create effective, individualized intervention plans
  • Deliver therapy services and consultation within the classroom and designated spaces
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance student outcomes
  • Document therapy, progress notes, and maintain compliance with district and state standards
  • Assist with IEP development, progress monitoring, and professional meetings
