Make a positive impact in the lives of students as an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year! Multiple opportunities are available for qualified OTs seeking a rewarding, full-time, in-person position supporting students’ growth and success. You’ll work closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide essential therapy services across a variety of grade levels, determined by your skills and the district’s needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington State
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required
  • Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
  • Experience providing OT services in a school-based setting preferred
  • Comfortable working on-site in a K-12 educational environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for supporting children’s development and educational goals

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students according to IEPs and 504 plans
  • Assess, document, and evaluate student progress, adapting interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, educational staff, and families to support student participation
  • Support diverse student needs across grade bands; caseload assignments will be matched to experience and district requirements
  • Attend meetings, contribute to IEP development, and provide training to staff as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
