This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Occupational Therapist eager to support both K-12 and elementary learners in diverse learning environments, including a Montessori and a home school support campus. You’ll provide essential services and collaborate with a passionate team—all while enjoying meaningful connections with students and staff.

This contract position is .8 FTE (30 hours per week), running from August 31 through June 17. In this in-person only role, your expertise will directly impact children who thrive with skilled OT intervention.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license for Washington state
  • Previous experience in school-based OT strongly preferred
  • Ability to effectively serve both elementary and K-12 aged students
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing IEP goals and documentation
  • Strong communication skills for working with families, staff, and students
  • Flexibility to travel between two school sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative OT services to students with a range of needs
  • Assess students and contribute to multidisciplinary IEP teams
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and track progress
  • Work closely with teachers and families for seamless student support
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development when needed
