Your skills in school-based occupational therapy, home health, teletherapy, and broad healthcare OT will enable you to address various student needs, whether in-person or remotely. Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid OT license (or eligibility) for the state of Arizona
• Strong background in school-based occupational therapy practices
• Effective with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
• Home health or community-based pediatric OT experience is valued
• Familiarity with assessment tools, IEP development, and documentation standards
• Excellent written/verbal communication and organization skills
• Collaborative spirit for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ abilities and develop targeted treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions individually or within groups, both onsite and virtually
• Contribute to IEP development and progress reporting
• Educate staff and families on interventions and adaptive techniques
• Document all services in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, problem-solving, and professional development
