What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure
• Experience delivering OT services in school environments
• Ability to adapt interventions for home health and teletherapy
• Knowledge of best practices in pediatric OT, IEP processes, and documentation
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Comfortable using technology for remote services as well as in-person support

Your Role Will Include:

• Assessing students’ functional abilities and designing individualized therapy plans
• Directly providing OT services on-site and through teletherapy platforms as needed
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing input for goal setting
• Documenting evaluations, progress notes, and collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting generalization of OT strategies across school and home settings
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
