• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
• Understanding of occupational therapy practices specific to educational environments, including IEP planning and execution
• Skilled in performing comprehensive screenings and evaluations for students with varying abilities
• Familiarity with assistive technology for educational purposes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, educators, and families
• Experience in supervising Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing screenings, evaluations, and interventions for referred students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with students’ needs and goals
• Employ remediation, restoration, and activity compensation treatments to improve student function
• Integrate assistive technology to overcome educationally-related functional deficits
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging therapy activities within the classroom and other learning environments
• Offer recommendations and support to teachers and parents to foster continuity of care
• Prepare and maintain progress documentation and necessary reports
• Supervise, mentor, and monitor the performance and case load of Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants
